After obtaining the brief an initial registration fee is payable.

We ask for a registration fee up front to cover expenses incurred
during the property search. This fee is for a one month period and is refundable on completion.

Our fees are:

Registration:  £500 or 3,000 aed payable on commencement of the search.

Success fee: Our fees range from 1% to 2% of the purchase price depending on the type of search. All fees are subject to VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. ( depending on location )
